Our industry-leading, 10 minute-a-day, 10 week program is designed to fit into ANY busy schedule.
Our 10 week program is rooted in exercise science and was developed by a professional trainer with more than 10,000 hours of experience training adults of all ages at national fitness companies as well as his own private studio. You'll start with 2 weeks of beginner workouts, followed by 4 weeks of intermediate, then 4 weeks of advanced workouts. Throughout the course of the 10 week program you will go through 50 uniquely designed 10 minute workouts featuring 150 different exercises. We recommend committing to the program 5 days a week, with light cardio/walking on the “off days,” and a healthy diet.
