Did you know that the first 30 minutes after a workout is an important time to eat?

It's important to eat both carbs and protein after a workout. Many people go for the protein but don't realize the importance of carbohydrates in a post workout meal. This combo of carbs and protein aids in muscle recovery, decreases soreness and replenishes glycogen stores so your body can continue to perform in the rest of the day's activities.
