Do I really get lifetime access for just $10?
Yep. Our programs are sold individually for $10 each. Every program you purchase comes with lifetime access to that program. Once we grow our workout program library we may offer bundles for discounted pricing or a small monthly fee to access all of them.
 

Where do I view my purchased program?

You can view your program one of two ways, but both require you to be signed into your account and have purchased a program. 1) Click on "10 Week Program" in the navigation; or 2) Click the dropdown arrow in your user account and select "My Programs."

 

Do I need any equipment?

Our 10 Week Program requires NO equipment at all. A few require a door or wall as well as step (the bottom stair of any staircase will do). If future programs include the use of equipment (e.g., exercise bands) it will be clearly noted prior to purchase.

 

How much weight can I lose by doing the 10-week program?

Weight loss depends on a number of factors including starting weight, age, gender, intensity (aka effort) during your workouts and diet and nutrition. Stick to the workouts, add in a little cardio on your off days, and eat a healthy diet and you could lose 1-2 pounds per week. A big part of weight loss is creating a (healthy) calorie deficit. I can’t do a push-up. Is this program for me?

All of our more difficult movements come later in the program. Our hope is that you will develop the strength to perform them, however, modified versions of some exercises are offered in the videos (e.g., a push-up can be performed from the knees). With lifetime access we hope you’ll go through the program a 2nd and 3rd time to perfect the movements and increase your strength and stamina.

 

Can I really get results in just 10-minutes a day?

Yes. Especially those who have not committed to working out in the past. Exercise is more about a lifestyle change than anything else. Commit to the 10-minutes a day and in 10-weeks you will have undergone a true lifestyle change.

 

Can I really get in shape without using weights?

Yes. 100%. But don't just take our word for it. Check out some celebrities who use bodyweight exercise to get and stay fit here. (Note: These celebrities are not affiliated with Change for 10 and do not endorse our product. But if they want to we wouldn’t say no!)

 

Do you offer custom programs?

We do not currently build custom programs, however, we read all of our messages. Hit us up and let us know what you’d like to see!

 

How do I delete my account?

We hate to see you go, but if you must you can do so by logging in, clicking on your profile dropdown in the upper right of your screen, and navigating to Delete My Account.
